Terms and Conditions

Our Party Packages terms and conditions are set out below. Full terms & conditions are displayed inside and outside the centre. Please see our friendly staff if you have any questions.

  • No food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the Playland. Exemptions made for medical reasons.
  • Party times must be adhered to – no exceptions.
  • Party room is allocated for 1 hour only from booked party start time.
  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party booking.
  • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your private function booking.
  • Confirmation of numbers and adult platters must be on Wednesday prior to the party.
  • Minimum of 8 children for parties including the birthday child.
  • All children must wear socks. Socks are available for purchase.
  • Party adults must provide supervision and are responsible at all times for their children.
  • All accounts must be paid in full on arrival at the Playland.
  • Lollipop’s is not responsible for any loss or damage for any of your belongings.
  • Full details of how your party will run are on your guests attendance form.
  • Booking a party constitutes accepting our terms and conditions.
